As a multifaceted Ghanaian Canadian woman, Irene found her voice not just to speak, but to demand change. Fueled by a passion for dismantling systemic barriers and a deep understanding gained through lived experience, education, and research, she uses her knowledge to empower and advocate for Black youth, becoming a powerful force for equity and inclusion.
